摘  要:教与学由"人""时""地""物""略"五大要素构成,唯有相关元素良性互动,恰当搭配,才能事半功倍地释放出潜在的学习效能。高校思想政治理论课"慕课"教育改变了传统的教学模式,有效整合"人""时""地""物""略"五要素,调动教师授课积极性,转变学习者的被动地位,为思想政治理论课提供了广阔的发展创新空间,但"慕课"教学也应坚持以人为本的教育理念和原则,并凸显中国特色。The teaching and studying are composed of the five factors,that is,"human""time""space""material"and"strategy". Only when the five-factors are appropriately interacted and combined with would the education process be able to result in efficient and potential effects. MOCCs' teaching in ideological and political theory course dramatically transforms traditional indoctrinated model,effectively incorporates with"human""time""space""material"and "strategy". What is more,it stimulates instructors' enthusiasm,change the learners' passivity,and pave the better way for ideological education of the universities. It goes without saying that its innovation and practice still should insist upon the idea and principle of the people-oriented education and embody Chinese characteristics.
