普通腹腔镜器械在经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨普通腹腔镜器械在经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院2013年12月至2015年6月192例采用普通腹腔镜器械完成经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的临床资料。结果 181例(94.3%)成功完成经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术,11例(5.7%)中转为2孔法胆囊切除术,无脏器穿孔、胆道损伤、血管损伤、胆漏发生。结论普通腹腔镜器械在经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用是安全、可靠的,术中采用悬吊胆囊浆膜的方法使手术操作更加简单化,它扩大了手术适应证,具有腹壁创伤小、切口隐蔽、美容效果明显等优点。Objective To investrgate the clinical application value of conventional laparoscopic instruments in transumbilical single port laparoscopic cholecystectomy（TSPLC）.Methods A retrospective clinical data was analyzed in 192 patients who underwent transumbilical single port laparoscopic cholecystectomy by conventional laparoscopic instruments from 2013 December to 2015 June.Results 181patients（94.3%）were successfully completed the transumbilical single port laparoscopic cholecystectomy,and 11 cases（5.7%）were converted to the 2-hole method cholecystectomy.All cases had no organ perforation,biliary duct injury,vascular injury,bile leakage.Conclusion In our experience,conventional laparoscopic instruments seemed to be safe and reliable by using TSPLC,The method of suspension gallbladder serosa made the operation more simple,.which expanded the operation indications due to smaller trauma,faster recovery,less postoperative pain,hidden incision and cosmetic effect.
