黔东南州工业园区建设存在问题及对策建议

摘　　要：作为工业经济发展重要载体的工业园区,是当前和今后相当长一段时间内推进工业化过程和促进经济又好又快发展的主要平台。黔东南州作为经济欠发达的少数民族地区,实施工业强州战略,在工业园区建设方面取得了一定的成绩,但也存在很多不足。通过对黔东南州工业园区建设存在的问题分析,并提出解决问题的对策建议,促进黔东南州工业园区健康发展。Industrial Park As an important carrier of the development of industrial economy is the cur- rent and future for a long period of time in promoting the industrialization process in the main task is to promote the economy and rapid development of the main starting point. Qiandongnan as an economic less developed ethnic minority autonomous prefecture, the implementation of industrial strategy and strong state, in the aspects of the construction of Industrial Park made some achievements, also has many deficiencies. The Qiandongnan industrial park construction basic situation, main experiences were summarized in this paper, the analysis of the main problems and difficulties, in investment and fi- nancing system, layout planning, investment, industry, infrastructure construction, occupation educa- tion and training, land use and other aspects put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
