摘  要:利用扫面电镜对水泵轴连轴承芯轴断裂进行了全面的失效分析,并利用CATIA建立了轴连轴承三维几何模型,对其进行了网格划分,在对轴连轴承进行详细受力分析后,用有限元方法分析了芯轴的Von Mises应力以及变形量。基于原水泵存在的故障原因,对轴连轴承结构进行改进,并进行改进前后水泵耐久性台架试验。结果表明,水泵各项性能参数保持不变,且未发生任何故障,试验结束后,水泵拆检结果显示一切正常,有效地解决了轴连轴承的故障问题。Using scanning electron microscopy conducted a comprehensive failure analysis on water pump shaft bearing spindle fracture, established bearing shaft 3D geometric model by using CATIA, did meshing division, after the detailed stress analysis on bearing shaft, did analysis of the spindle Von Mises stress and deformation by using the finite element method. To improve the shaft bearing structure based on the existing cause problem of the original water pump and to im- prove the pump before and after the durability test. The results showed that the water pump performance parameters re- mained the same and no failure, after the test, pump overhaul results showed that everything was fine, effectively solved the shaft bearing failure problem.
