摘 要:针对大倾角和采空区同时存在内部、外部漏风特点的综放工作面在停采回撤期间采空区自然发火治理困难这一难题,根据超高水材料具有高结晶水、凝结时间可调、渗透性强、凝结体强度大、对于煤体的湿润性以及惰化性强等特性,采用超高水材料综合防灭火技术成功地治理张双楼煤矿9421采空区因停采时间长而引起的煤炭自燃,显著降低了工作面架间及回风流CO等火灾气体的浓度,保证了工作面安全的回撤。In view of the difficulty of spontaneous combustion in gob during the backout period at large dip angle fully- mechanized working face,this has the characteristic of internal and external air leakage in goaf. The super high- water material,which has the characteristics of high crystal water,adjustable gelling time,strong permeability and condensation body,high inerting properties and wettability for coal,etc,successfully controls coal spontaneous combustion due to long time stopping coal mining in the 9421 gob of Zhangshuanglou Coal Mine by using the comprehensive fire prevention and control technology of superhigh- water material,decreases significantly the CO concentration between the supports and return air at working face and guarantee the safety backout at working face.
