摘　　要：为了保证煤矿员工的人身安全和国家财产安全,使生产活动顺利进行,企业更好持续发展。中煤科工集团西安研究院有限公司在大佛寺煤矿井下瓦斯抽采项目实施过程中,按照质量、环境、职业健康安全管理的要求,对项目进行管理。对危险源进行源头识别和全过程控制,对人的不安全行为,物的不安全状态,工作环境的不安全因素进行有效的控制。In order to ensure staff＇s personal safety and safety of state property,and make the production go on wheels,better sustainable development of the enterprise. Project department manage the project according to the enterprise＇s quality,environment,occupation health and safety management requirements. To identify the dangerous sources and control during processing,effective controls on unsafe human behaviors,unsafe condition of equipment and unsafe factors in the work environment are made.
