摘 要:为研究废旧家电产品回收库存控制问题,构建了回收点、回收中心和回收工厂的三级回收网络。考虑废旧家电产品回收时间和数量的随机性,给出三种回收方式的回收分布;将回收中心的回收量与回收工厂的处理能力相关联,提出了两种不同的库存控制策略;并以一个时间段内回收过程的平均回收费用为控制目标,建立了库存控制模型。通过求解模型得到回收点和回收中心的最优送货时间,及其在一个运作周期的最小平均回收费用,并可以确定回收点、回收中心和回收工厂的库存量。最后,通过案例分析验证了模型的有效性和可行性。A three-level recycling network consisting of collection stations, recycling centers and recycling plants is proposed in order to investigate the recycling logistics inventory control strategy of waste household appliances. Considering the randomness of recycling time and quantity, the distribution of three recycling methods is given. Two different inventory control strategies are established based on the relationship between the recycling quantity of recycling centers and the disassemble capacity of recycling plants; and the average cost during a recycling period is the control target in the proposed inventory control model. Optimal delivery time periods of the collection stations and recycling centers, as well as the minimum average expense of per unit cycle can be acquired by solving the model. Meanwhile, the inventory in collection stations, recycling centers and recycling plants can be calculated. Finally, the reliability of the model is verified by the case study.
