摘  要:针对造纸厂排污计量中经常出现测量精度低、传感探头易受腐蚀和测试结果不够稳定等问题,提出了一种适合于造纸厂排污管道中测流的电磁流量计的电路设计方法,通过对其进行测试和分析,发现应用最小二乘法对该电磁流量计实测数据值进行直线拟合后,当可测流量范围控制在0-150m3·s-1之内,其数据值非线性误差范围在0.5%以内。表明该排污管电磁流量计的技术指标已处于国内外同类产品的领先水平。In a paper mill, sewage metering often appears low measurement precision, sensing probe is susceptible to corrosion and test results are not stable enough, and other problems, a suitable in paper mill sewage pipeline flow measurement of electromagnetic flow meter circuit design method was proposed. Through the test and analysis, it is found that after application of least square method on linear fitting of the real testing data values from the electromagnetic flowmeter, when the measurable range flow controls in 0-150 m3.s 1, the data value of nonlinear error is in the range of less than 0.5%. It is indicated that the technical index of the electromagnetic flow meter of the sewage pipe is in the leading level of the same kind of products at home and abroad.
