摘　　要：基于不同的理论生成方式可以形成不同的理论类型。梳理我国近30年的体育法学研究成果,探讨基于"外生型"和"内生型"、"实践型"和"理论型"、"前瞻型"和"回溯型"等不同理论生成方式所形成的"理论的体育法学"与"实践的体育法学"、"法学的体育法学"与"体育学的体育法学"、"西化的体育法学"与"本土的体育法学"、"回溯性的体育法学"与"展望性的体育法学"等理论类型,希望以此为我国体育法学理论体系的完善和理论品质的提升提供借鉴。Different theory generation ways can form different types of theory. This paper has summed up the sports law research for nearly 30 years and analyzed different theoretical type of sports,including ＂ theoretical sports law＂ and ＂ practical sports law＂, ＂ sports law in law＂ and ＂ sports law in physical education ＂, ＂ westernized sports law ＂ and ＂ local sports law ＂, ＂retrospective sports law＂ and ＂ prospective sports law＂ based on different theory generation ways such as ＂ exogenous＂ and ＂ endogenous＂, ＂ practical＂ and ＂ theoretical＂, ＂ forward＂ and ＂back- type＂,hoping that it can provide reference for improving the quality of sports law theory system.
