党的十六大以来共同富裕思想的新发展

摘　　要：党的十六大之后,以胡锦涛、习近平为代表的中国共产党人对新时期逐步实现共同富裕的指导思想、价值取向、阶段性目标和实现路径进行了不懈的探索,丰富和发展了党的共同富裕思想。其贡献主要包括四个方面:科学发展观为逐步实现共同富裕提供了指导思想;逐步实现共同富裕必须以社会公平正义为基本价值取向;全面建成小康社会是实现共同富裕的阶段性目标;全面深化改革是实现共同富裕的必由之路。since the 16 th National Congress of the CPC,the communist party represented by Hu Jintao and Xi Jinping has been exploring the guiding ideology,value orientation,periodical aim and implementation path on realizing common prosperity in new period,enriching and developing party＇s thought on common prosperity. The contribution includes four aspects： first,Scientific Outlook on Development provides guiding ideology for realizing common prosperity; second,realizing common prosperity must regard justice and equity as value orientation; third,building a moderately prosperous society in all respects is the periodical aim; last,deepening reform comprehensively is implementation path to realize common prosperity.
