摘  要:快速发展的汽车行业对优质汽车用钢的需求日趋迫切,但是夹杂、孔洞等常见表面缺陷的发生对于汽车制造业危害巨大。造成此类缺陷的主要原因是钢质纯净度不高,因此提高汽车板冶炼钢质纯净度成为各大钢厂攻克的重点。围绕夹杂物的控制水平分析了影响冷轧汽车板钢质纯净度的因素,重点从转炉冶炼、精炼、连铸等方面详细探讨了提高冷轧汽车板钢质纯净度的措施。Rapid development of automobile industry leads to an increasingly urgent demand for highquality automotive steel,but the surface defects,such as inclusions,holes,are extremely harmful to automobile manufacturing.The main cause of such defects is that the steel is not pure enough,thus,improving the pureness of automobile steel is becoming the focus of major steel mills.The influence factors of pureness of cold-rolled automotive steel are analyzed through control level of inclusions,and measures to improve pureness of automobile steel are discussed in detail,focusing on the aspects of converter smelting,refining and continuous casting.
