摘　　要：介绍了USBTMC-USB488协议,并在STM32微控制器上实现了支持该协议和IEEE488.2标准的488.2USB488接口。利用NI-VISA驱动和MAX工具对接口进行了测试,结果表明接口功能完全符合相关标准,对从事USB通信开发人员具有参考借鉴价值。This paper introduces the USBTMC-USB488 protocol,and the realization of the 488.2USB488 interface which meets the standard of the protocol and IEEE488.2in STM32 micro controller unit.The NI-VISA driver and MAX tools were used to test the interface,the results show that the interface function is in full compliance with the relevant standards;this is insightful to USB communication developers.
