摘　　要：目的探讨睑板腺功能障碍(MGD)患者的中医辨证分型规律及其相关因素。方法制作MGD中医证候调查表,对154例患者的中医辨证指标数据进行统计,整理得到42项有效辨证指标信息,通过SPSS17.0软件进行样本聚类(Ward's method)分析后辨证。结果初步拟定5个中医证型:风热外袭证25例,脾胃湿热证40例,脾肾阴虚证32例,痰湿阻胞证30例,脾胃气虚证27例。结论 MGD可辨证分型为风热外袭证、脾胃湿热证、脾肾阴虚证、痰湿阻胞证、脾胃气虚证五证。Objective To discuss the TCM syndrome differentiation rules of meibomian gland dysfunction（MGD） and its relevant factors. Methods The MGD TCM Syndrome Survey Form was designed based on MGD diagnosis indicators and information on 4 diagnostic methods of TCM. Clinical data of 154 patients diagnosed with MGD was collected. Then the effective indicators were sorted out to get information on 42 syndrome differentiation indicators. SPSS 17.0 software was adopted to carry out Ward＇s method （sample cluster analysis） on the effective indicators. Results Through sample cluster analysis, 5 cluster centers based on clinical professional features were initially ob-tained： 25 cases of the syndrome of wind-heat attacking the exterior, 40 cases of the syndrome of the damp heat of spleen and stomach, 32 cases of the syndrome of spleen and kidney yin deficiency, 30 cases of the syndrome of the phlegm-damp obstructing the eyelids, and 27 cases of the syndrome of spleen and stomach qi deficiency. Conclusion There are 5 types of MGD syndromes： the syndrome of wind-heat attacking the exterior, the syndrome of damp-heat of spleen and stomach, the syndrome of spleen and kidney yin deficiency, the syndrome of the phlegm-damp obstructing the eyelids, and the syndrome of spleen and stomach qi deficiency.
