摘  要:建立了噻虫嗪和高效氯氟氰菊酯残留量的气相色谱一串联质谱同时分析方法。小麦、植株和土壤样品经乙腈提取,弗罗里硅土固相萃取小柱净化,采用气相色谱一串联质谱同时分析噻虫嗪和高效氯氟氰菊酯。结果表明:噻虫嗪和高效氯氟氰菊酯在0.05~20mg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数分别为0.9970和0.9980。在添加浓度为0.05~20.00mg/kg时,噻虫嗪在小麦、植株和土壤中的平均加标回收率分别为84.0%~101.6%、76.3%~92.1%和81.2%~93.0%,相对标准偏差分别为1.6%~13.2%、10.7%~13.9%和3。5%~8.2%;高效氯氟氰菊酯在小麦、植株和土壤中的平均加标回收率分别为82.2%~108.8%、78.2%~86.1%和82.1%~91.1%,相对标准偏差分别为3.1%~9.7%、6.8%~10.0%和O.8%~7.8%。A method for the simultaneous determination of thiamethoxam and lambda-cyhalothrin was established.Sample was extracted with acetonitrile and cleaned up on Florisil SPE column, then determined by GC-MS/MS. The results showed that the linear relations of thiamethoxam and lambda-cyhalothrin were good with the linear relative coefficients of0.997 0 and 0.998 0 in the range of 0.05-20 mg/L. The fortified recoveries of thiamethoxam in wheat, wheat plant and soil were 84.0%-101.6%, 76.3%-92.1% and 81.2%-93.0%, the relative standard deviations were 1.6%-13.2%, 10.7%-13.9%and 3.5%-8.2%. The fortified recoveries of lambda-cyhalothrin in wheat, wheat plant and soil were 82.2%-108.8%, 78.2%-86.1% and 82.1%-91.1%, and the relative standard deviations were 3.1%-9.7%, 6.8%-10.0% and 0.8%-7.8%.
