运行方式误判引起的母差保护误动案例分析

摘  要:随着电网运行自动化水平的提升,很多变电站已采用无人值守模式,电网安全对设备的依赖越来越严重。文章通过一起母差保护误动案例分析,说明运行人员的技术水平依然在电网安全稳定运行中起着关键作用,并通过案例,从原理上分析事故原因,由此加深运行人员对继电保护装置的理解,提高运行人员维护设备的水平,重视技术因素在电网运行中的作用,避免此类事故的再次发生。With the rapid development of grid operation automation level, a lot of substations have devel-oped into the unattended mode, and the grid security depends on equipments more and more seriously. Based on the bus differential protection maloperation case analysis, the paper shows that the technical level of the operators still plays a key role in the safe and stable operation of power grid, and through the case, from the principle analyzes the accident cause, thus deepens the operators′understanding of relay protection devices, improves the level of equipment maintenance of operators, attaches importance to the role of technology in power grid operation, to avoid such accidents happening again.
