摘  要:随着发电机组自动化程度的提高,智能化电动执行机构在电厂中的应用越来越广泛,但是火电厂执行机构由于受生产环境的制约,相当一部分执行机构的安装多处于高温、震动大、多灰尘环境。安装在如此恶劣环境中的电动执行机构经常发生电路板件等的故障,这些故障不仅影响了系统的安全稳定运行,而且也给维护带来极大的不便,且大大缩短了执行机构的使用寿命。通过对这些智能型电动执行机构进行分体安装改造后,不仅彻底消除了这类设备故障,大大提高了设备运行的可靠性,而且大幅降低了维护检修工作量和设备维护费用,取得了良好效果,对今后处理此类问题起到一定的参考作用。With the improvement of generating set automation, the application of intelligent electric actua-tors in power plant is more and more wide, but due to the restriction of the production environment, quite a part of the installations of the actuators are in high temperature, large vibration and dust environment. The electric actuators installed in such severe environment often have faults such as circuit board fault and so on, and these faults not only affect the safe and stable operation of the system, but also cause the in-convenience for maintenance, and shorten the service life of the actuators.By the fission installation transformation of intelligent electric actuators, this kind of equipment fault is eliminated, the reliability of equipment operation is greatly improved, and the workload of maintenance and maintenance cost are greatly reduced, achieving the good effect, to play a role of reference to handle such problems in the future.
