摘 要:目的分析季节性和结构性缺血的原因,合理调配有限的血源,保障临床用血需求。方法对本中心近3年的采供情况进行统计分析,计算全血采集与红细胞发放的季节比率差和发放的各种血液成分ABO血型占比。结果冬、夏两季是采血淡季,而夏季用量在全年月平均水平以上;临床使用的各种血液成分ABO血型占比与人群ABO血型占比接近,A型实际需求量占比略高于A型献血人群血型分布占比。结论政府应加强对无偿献血事业的领导作用、加大宣传投入;采供血系统要采取措施,将团体无偿献血调整、协调到采血淡季采集,在总量不能满足需求的情况下,减小献血者献血的随机性对采供血的影响。Objective To analyze the causes of seasonal and structural shortage of blood supply in order to ensure the clinic needs for blood transfusion. Methods Blood collection and supply situation was retrospected in the last 3 years, and the ABO blood group distribution in various blood components transfusion was analyzed. Results Both winter and summer were the reasons of reduced blood collection. Blood demands, however dramatically increase in summer, over the average of the full year's needs. ABO blood group distribution in clinic blood use is close to the distribution of nature population whereas blood type A presented a shortage. Conclusion The government as well as blood supply centers should take measures to encourage blood donation in the slack seasons of the year so as to ensure the blood supply.
