摘  要:目的:通过观察自行车短距离项目男子运动员四周HiHiLo训练过程中的血液生化指标变化,探索自行车短距离项目运动员低氧训练中机能监控规律。方法:将15名江苏省自行车短距离项目男子运动员分为高住高练低训(HiHiLo)组和低住低训(Lo Lo)组,HiHi Lo组进行为期四周的低氧训练,每周进行六天低氧居住和两次低氧训练课练习,其余训练在常氧环境中进行,Lo Lo组作为对照,居住及训练均在常氧环境中进行;在低氧训练前一周、低氧训练第二周、第三周、第四周取样。结果:(1)HiHiLo组低氧训练期间末出现RBC、Hb、Hct等血象指标的显著下降,Lo Lo组在低氧训练第四周血象指标出现下降;(2)低氧训练期间,HiHi Lo组及Lo Lo组的血尿素、睾酮、皮质醇、T/C等指标均未出现显著性变化。结论:HiHiLo的低氧训练模式在一定程度上有助于提高自行车短距离项目男子运动员的有氧能力,低氧训练中可通过血象指标(RBC、HB、Hct)以及血清肌酸激酶(CK)进行有效的训练负荷及训练效果评价。Objective: To explore the monitoring rules of sprint cyclists’ hypoxic training,based on observing the change of blood biochemical indicators in male sprint cyclist’s four weeks HiHiLo training. Method: 15 Jangsu male sprint cyclists divided into HiHiLo group and Lo Lo group,and HiHiLo group performed four weeks hypoxic training. Subjects of HiHiLo group inhabited hypoxic environment six days per week and practiced two hypoxic sessions,and Lo Lo group performed control. Taking the blood sampling at the time of pre-hypoxic training one week,hypoxic training in the second,third,fourth week. Result:( 1) the hemogram-RBC,Hb,Hct appeared no significantly decrease in HiHiLo group,compared with Lo Lo group decreased;( 2) During the hypoxic training,the blood biochemical indicators such as BUN,T,C,T / C did not appear significant change in both HiHiLo and Lo Lo group. Conclusion: The HiHiLo – hypoxic training pattern can be beneficial to male sprint cyclists’ aerobic capacity in a certain extent,and RBC,Hb,Hct,CK can be used as effective means in evaluation of hypoxic training load and effect.
