数据预处理技术在国民体质监测中的应用

摘　　要：数据预处理技术是提升数据质量的重要手段,如何将数据预处理技术与国民体质监测工作相结合,根据国民体质监测工作的特点和每一阶段工作的目标针对性选用的数据预处理技术(方法)不仅但保障了国民体质监测数据库数据的真实可靠,同时还客观体现了国民体质监测数据库质量水平;另外将数据预处理前后的各省(区)市国民体质监测数据进行对比,还可以作为评判各省(区)市国民体质监测工作质量的标准。该技术的应用不但提升和保障了2014年国民体质监测的数据质量,同时也为下一阶段国民体质监测工作的开展提出了新的要求和方向。Data preprocessing technology is an important means to improve data quality. According to the characteristics and targets at each stage of national physique monitoring,data preprocessing technology can not only guarantee the reliability,but also objectively reflect the quality of the national physique monitoring database. In addition,physique monitoring data of each province（ district） before and after preprocessing are compared. These data can be regarded as the standard to judge the quality of national constitution monitoring in each province（ district）. The application of this technology improves and guarantees the data quality of national constitution monitoring in 2014,and provides new requirements and direction for the next stage of national constitution monitoring as well.
