摘　　要：建立了一个数据移动采集系统,为高效地实现城市地价动态监测中分季度、全域覆盖的市场交易数据外业采集提供技术支持;实现了面向城市地价动态监测的数据移动采集系统的原型软件开发,经测试能实现预期的技术要求。本文研究的系统设计方案可行,能实现便捷的、实时的、高效的地价动态监测数据的移动采集,也可为类似的外业调查工作提供移动调查技术参考。The purpose of this paper is to develop a mobile data collecting system as a high-efficient technical tool for whole-region covered market transaction data collecting in urban land market monitoring work that is held quarterly. Corresponding prototype software was developed and the software testing shows that it can achieve the desired technical requirements of urban land price dynamic monitoring. We can conclude that the system design schemes are feasible because it can realize real-time data collecting conveniently and efficiently for land market dynamic monitoring and it also supply mobile technical methods for those similar field investigation.
