摘　　要：我国大学生就业压力不断增加,使得原本就紧张的大学生心理问题更加凸显,严重影响了大学生的身心健康发展。通过对高校大学生就业心理的调查分析,发现大学生面对就业在认知、情绪、行为三个维度上存在不同程度的心理问题。这些问题的产生是社会、学校、学生三者共同影响的结果,只有从这三方面提出具体的改进措施,方能切实改善大学生就业心理现状。The pressure of college students' employment is increasing,which makes the students' psychological problems more prominent. It seriously affects the development of college students' physical and mental health. Based on investigation and analysis of college students' employment psychology,this paper finds that there are different degrees of psychological problems in three dimensions of cognition,emotion and behavior. These problems are the result of social,school and student. Only from these three aspects of the specific improvement measures,can effectively improve the psychological status of college students.
