摘　　要：齿轮作为齿轮泵的重要组成部分,在正常工作下高速运转时的应力与变形情况对整个齿轮泵能否正常工作起到至关重要的作用。文中运用Ansys软件建立某型齿轮泵齿轮的计算模型,并对其进行有限元分析计算,得到此齿轮高速旋转时的应力及变形情况,为齿轮泵的使用与结构改进提供理论依据。Gear is an important part of the gear pump.Stress and deformation of the gear at high-speed running plays can decide the normal operation of the entire gear pump.The paper introduces the calculation model for the gear of certain gear pump developed in Ansys and conducts finite element analysis and calculation to get the stress and deformation information of the gear at high-speed rotating,providing theoretic basis for use and structural improvement of the gear pump.
