圆形料场堆取料机电控元件现状与国产化探讨

摘　　要：圆形料场堆取料机在国内得到广泛推广与应用,但国内对其配套产品的选型了解还相对较少。目前圆形料场堆取料整机设备基本由国内厂家设计制造,其配套机电设备国产化程度越来越高,但电控系统关键元件的国产化程度一直不高。通过对国内已运行圆形堆取料机电控系统品牌选型的统计和归纳总结,从PLC、变频器、中心滑环、电缆拖令和拖令电缆等几个方面,介绍了电控元件选型与使用现状,并对其国产化进行了分析探讨。The circular stacker and reclaimer is widely promoted and applied in China,but model selection of the supporting products is not well known.At present,the circular stacker and reclaimers are mostly designed and manufactured by domestic manufacturers.With higher localization degree of the supporting electromechanical devices,the key elements of electronic control system are not that well localized.Through statistical analysis and summarization of model sections of electronic control system of domestic circular stacker and reclaimers in service,the paper introduces the selection of the electrical element and its service situation in respect to PLC,frequency converter,central slip ring,cable towing,and towing cable,etc.,and localization analysis.
