摘　　要：在我国加快央企改革的大背景下,新一轮电信业重组迫在眉睫。通过对前4轮电信业重组以及与石油天然气行业重组的对比分析,同时借鉴国际电信业兼并重组的经验,为我国新的电信业重组提供思路。In the context of accelerating the reform of national enterprises, the new round of telecommunication industry reorganization is extremely urgent. By comparing and analyzing both the fi rst four rounds of telecommunication industry and oil-gas industry reorganizations, the experience of annexation and reorganization of international telecommunication industry was used for reference to provide an idea to domestic telecommunication industry reorganization.
