摘　　要：随着"互联网+"概念被社会普遍接受,各行业均在探索现有业务和互联网的结合,试图将原有的线下服务延伸至线上。基于此详细讨论了社区服务向O2O方式迁移过程中的3个重要方面并给出了解决方案:将物业服务作为社区O2O服务的基础、构建"一户多屏"门户入口体系以及集中多社区数据建立信息挖掘基础。With the concept of ＂Internet＋＂ being widely accepted by the society, all industries are exploring the combination of existing service with Internet to extend the originally offl ine service to online. In view of this, three aspects in the process of transition from community service to O2O mode were discussed in detail. Then, corresponding solution was presented. Specifi cally, property service can be the basis of community O2O service to construct both ＂multiscreen for single-family＂ system and information mining basis for centralized communities.
