摘　　要：IS09001:2000质量管理体系作为质量管理的标准,在公共部门中具有适用性,并已有成功的先例。文章以南京专利代办处为例,重点介绍了贯彻执行该体系给代办处管理带来的成效,并给公共部门执行该体系提出了一些启示与思考。As the standard of the quality management,IS09001：2000 quality management systems have been used in government sectors,and have a successful precedent.This paper introduces the effect on the implementation of the systems in Patent Receiving and Charging（Nanjing） Office,and then puts forward some thinking on the implement the systems in government sectors.
