摘　　要：随着国内经济发展增速放缓,利率市场化改革攻坚提速,市场竞争日趋激烈,鞍山银行的升级转型,已迫在眉睫,积极的深层次的战略转型已成为鞍山银行可持续发展的关键因素。本文对鞍山银行战略转型的动因、影响因素、转型方向及转型风险进行阐释和分析,以期为鞍山银行的战略转型提供参考。With the slowdown of economic development in China, market-oriented interest rate reform has sped up, and market competition is increasingly fierce, so the transform and upgrade of Bank of Anshan is imminent. Positive and deep strategic transformation has become a key factor for the sustainable development of Bank of Anshan. In this paper, the motivation, influence factors, direction and risks of the transformation of Bank of Anshan are analyzed, so as to provide reference for the strategic transformation of Bank of Anshan.
