摘　　要：阐述配送的概念,从宏观、微观的角度分析配送的几种既存模式,针对当前马钢物资公司的配送现状及在配送过程中长期困扰我们的问题,进行探讨,并给予相对应的解决方案,从而得出配送的各个环节在降低成本中起到的关键作用。然而只有创建出适合自己企业的配送模式,才能有效地降低成本。This paper explains the concept of distribution, analyzes the existing modes of distribution from macro and micro perspective. In view of the current distribution status of Masteel Supplies Company and the problems in the distribution process, the corresponding solution is given, thus the role of each link of distribution in cost reduction is concluded. However, only by creating a suitable distribution mode can an enterprise effectively reduce the cost.
