项目管理理念在国防生培养中的应用分析

摘　　要：目前,国防生培养中还存在培养质量不高、难于胜任部队第一任职需要;申请退出国防生的人数占有一定比例,造成资源浪费;以及国防生教育体系不健全、管理不规范等问题。本文针对以上问题提出运用项目管理理念的解决办法,重点阐述了国防生培养的质量管理、风险管理和沟通管理,并进一步提出了国防生培养项目的绩效评价。Currently, there are many problems in the cultivation of national defense students such as not-high cultivation quality,failing to competent for the first service, the increasing number of the national defense students who apply to quit, imperfect national defense students education system and unstandardized management. This paper tries to find solutions from the idea of project management and focusing on improving quality management,risk management and communication management. Meanwhile, this paper puts forward performance evaluation about the national defense students cultivating project.
