摘　　要：为保障浙江省食品药品安全,推进政府信息化建设,促进食品医药产业快速健康发展,有必要探索食品药品科学监管之路,以网管网是目前经济形势和现实背景下的有效监管方式。本文分析了我国食品药品电子监管方面的现状,梳理出浙江省食品药品网络监管存在的主要问题,并提出了"以网管网"的有效途径。In order to ensure the food and drug security in Zhejiang Province, promote the information construction of government,promote the healthy and rapid development of food and drug industry, it is necessary to explore the scientific regulation road of food and drug. Network management by network is the effective regulation method in the current economic situation and realistic background. This paper analyzes the present situation of food and drug electronic regulation in China, teases out the main problems of the food and drug regulation in Zhejiang, and puts forward the effective ways of ＂network management by network＂.
