我国城镇化建设取得的成就与基本经验

摘　　要：文章基于新中国成立以来我国城镇化发展的实际和历年《中国统计年鉴》的相关数据,对我国城镇化建设进行了深入研究,全面梳理了城镇化建设取得的成就,报告了城镇化建设纳入国家发展战略、城镇化的发展速度和规模举世瞩目、城市群渐成城镇化的主体形态、第三产业在GDP中比重不断提高等现状。通过采用历史研究与逻辑分析的方法,归纳总结了我国城镇化建设的基本经验:党的领导是城镇化建设的根本保障、高效的顶层设计是推进城镇化建设的关键、地方政府的创新性探索是城镇化建设的活力之源、借鉴别国经验特别是前苏联城市化建设经验是我国城镇化取得成功的重要条件。Based on the development of urbanization since the founding of new China and the relevant data from 《China statistical yearbook》, the paper researched thoroughly on the construction of urbanization in China, comprehensively combed the achievements of urbanization construction and reported the conditions such as the urbanization has been included in the national development strategy. Development speed and scale of the urbanization have attracted worldwide attention. Promoting the comprehensive benefit, city groups have been the main styles of urbanization gradually. Proportion is improving constantly in GDP in the tertiary industry, etc. Through the method of history study and logic analysis, the paper summed up the basic experience of the construction of the urbanization in China： the leadership of the party is the fundamental guarantee of urbanization, and the top efficient design is the key to promoting urbanization, the innovative exploration of local government is the source of vitality of urbanization and other countries＇ experience especially the former Soviet Union is vital to the success of urbanization in our country.
