摘　　要：2009-2015年对中新生态城规划区域中部面积298 hm2的巨大工业污水库进行了环境治理和生态重建。在治理过程中,采用底泥环保疏浚、底泥稳定固化处理、库存污水达标处理等措施,实现了污水库的存量污染物的治理;采取湖体蓄水阻盐控盐、控制水体外源输入、导入生态系统＂关键种＂和先锋物种及人工诱导方式,建立水域景观生态城系统。治理后形成的清净湖水体水质根本好转,COD、NH3-N、TP等指标基本上达到《地表水环境质量标准》（GB3838-2002）规定的IV类水体标准,COD、NH3-N、TN及TP,分别由原来的140~230 mg/L、15~51 mg/L、25~64 mg/L及1.4~6.3 mg/L降低到23~54 mg/L、0.6~0.7 mg/L、1.2~10.8 mg/L及0.1~0.4 mg/L。The environmental treatment and ecological reconstruction were accomplished in a 298-hectare industrial waste-water reservoir located in a future plan area of Sino-Singapore Tianjin eco-city from 2009 to 2015. The existed pollutant was successfully treated through sediment environmental dredging, sediment stabilization and the waste-water standardization treatment. In that vein, the water landscape ecological system was established by a series of effective solutions, including salt control by storing water, controlling external water discharging to the reservoir, introducing key species and pioneer species and artificial induction. The water quality of the reservoir fundamentally improved after treatment. The COD, NH3-N and TP meet the class IV water of the national standard-Surface Water Environment Quality Standard GB3838-2002. COD, NH3-N, TN and TP were reduced from 140 ~ 230 mg/L, 15 ~51 mg/L, 25 ~ 64mg/L and 1.4 ~ 6.3 mg/L to 23~ 54 mg/L, 0.6~ 0.7 mg/L, 1.2 ~ 10.8 mg/L and 0.1~ 0.4 mg/L, respectively.
