摘　　要：造价控制是事业单位型代建单位工作任务之一,项目建设施工阶段的造价控制工作时间跨度大,任务繁杂,就项目建设施工阶段影响造价控制的因素及应采取的措施进行了阐述,从组织、技术、经济、合同几方面的管理技术层面去提出了防范措施,旨在提升造价管控管理水平。Cost control is one of the tasks of institution-type agent construction enterprise. The cost control of project in construction phase has the features of large time span and complex tasks. This paper expounds the factors influencing the cost control of project in construction phase and the measures should be taken from the organizational, technical, economic and contractual aspects to enhance cost control management level.
