摘　　要：实验室人员比对试验是评价检测人员检测水平及检测结果质量控制的重要措施之一。本文通过具体实例来探讨通过实验室人员比对试验,从而评价检测人员是否具有胜任其所从事检测工作的能力,以保证检测结果的准确性和可靠性。文章中对实验室内部如何开展能力比对试验工作以及试验过程控制要点作出了详尽的指导。Laboratory personnel comparative test is one of the important measures to evaluate the test level and the quality control of test results of inspection personnel. Through specific examples, this paper discusses the laboratory personnel comparative test to evaluate whether the inspection personnel have the ability to do their work in detection, to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results. This paper makes detailed guidance for how to develop capacity comparison test work and test process control points of the internal laboratory work.
