四川省黑热病疫区家犬密度、犬感染率与黑热病发病关系分析

摘　　要：目的了解四川省黑热病疫区家犬密度、犬内脏利什曼病感染率和黑热病发病率的关系,为黑热病防治对策提供参考。方法在疫区逐户开展犬密度调查,采用rk39免疫层析试条进行犬血清学检测;收集四川省疾病预防控制中心和各级医院的临床病历和疫区防治措施实施情况。结果 2010-2012年家犬密度为0.43只/户(37 275/87 683);rk39免疫层析试条检测家犬阳性率为10.56%(73/691);四川省黑热病发病率为0.0284%。犬密度与黑热病发病率、犬密度与犬感染率、犬感染率与黑热病发病率分别呈无相关(r=0.3581,P>0.05),高度相关(r=0.8254,P<0.05)、密切相关(r=0.6549,P<0.05)。结论在犬源性黑热病疫区,犬感染率与人群黑热病感染率高度相关,犬密度与黑热病发病率无相关关系。Objective To analyze the relations between canine density,canine infection rate and morbidity of Kala-azar in orderto provide the scientific basisfor prevention and control on Kala-azar in Sichuan province. Methods The investigation on canine densityand serum detection of canine leishmaniasis were carried out in 2010-2012. The medical records and the data of epidemiology of Kala-azar patient were collected from hospitals and Sichuan CDC. Results The canine density in Kala-azar epidemic zone of Sichuan Province was 0.43 dogs / house in 2010-2012;the infection rate of Leishmania donaovani in dog was 10.56% in Sichuan province with rk39 Dip-stick in 2010-2012;the morbidity of Kala-azar of Kalaazar epidemic zone of Sichuan province was 0.016% in 2010-2012.The correlation coefficients between canine density and canine infection rate, the correlation coefficients between canine density and morbidity of Kala-azar, and the correlation coefficients between canine infection rate andmorbidity of Kala-azar were 0.8254, 0.3581 and 0.6549,respectively. Conclusion Our results showed that there is a higher positive correlation between canine infection rate andmorbidity of Kala-azar, and there is nocorrelation between canine density and morbidity of Kala-azar.
