摘 要:2014年5月在南海北部进行了采样调查,利用流式细胞仪对微微型浮游植物的丰度进行测定,并对其分布特征与环境因子的相关性进行了分析。研究结果表明:调查海区聚球藻丰度平均值为1.1×10^4 cells/mL,高值主要出现在沿岸带和大陆架区域,向着远海和深海逐渐降低;原绿球藻丰度平均值为1.4×10^4 cells/mL,主要分布在25~100 m水层中;微微型真核浮游植物的丰度值总体较小,平均值为1.7×10^3 cells/mL,分布特征为沿岸带与大陆架较高,陆坡与远海较低。微微型浮游植物的分布受到温度、光照及营养盐等因素的影响。The abundance and the distribution of picophytoplankton in the northern South China Sea were investigated by flow cytome-try during May 2014.Results showed that in the study area, the average abundance of Synechococcus was 1.1 ×10^4 cells/mL, most of the high values appeared in the coastal and continental shelf areas and decreased towards outer and deeper sea;the layer of high Pro-chlorococcus abundance extended from 25 m to 100 m, with an average value as high as 1.4 ×10^4 cells/mL;the abundance of picoeu-karyotes was apparently lower, with an average value of 1.7 ×10^3 cells/mL, it was slightly higher in coast and continental shelf than in continental slope and open sea.The distribution of picophytoplankton was markedly driven by factors such as light, temperature and nutrients.
