摘　　要：借助SWOT方法,系统地分析了影响我国海洋工程装备产业发展战略选择的关键因素,并运用层次分析法(AHP)从定量角度分析,计算出各因素的权重,最后在此基础上提出了适合我国海洋工程装备产业发展的战略,以期为我国海洋工程装备战略规划的制定提供借鉴和参考。This article used the SWOT method, systematically analyzed the key factorsinfluencing the development of the strategic choice of marine engineering equipmentindustry of China, and innovatively applied the Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP） tocalculate the weight of each factor＇s weight from a quantitative point of view, and finallyon this basis, proposed the strategy for the industrial development of China＇ s marineengineering equipment in order to provide useful reference for the development of thestrategic plan for China＇s marine engineering equipment.
