新文明观:乡村、城市平等观——乡村文明复兴引领生态文明新时代

摘　　要：从人类文明历史演化的大时空和长周期看,乡村与城市的关系不是先进与落后的关系。城市与乡村作为人类文明全部演化信息的携带者,就像阴阳两极构成的太极一样,它们之间是一种不可分离、不可替代、生克制衡的平等关系。城市与乡村的公平性,不仅表现在人类文明演化过程中两极交替演化的规律,还表现为两极之间生克制衡的平衡关系。农业文明时代是携带着乡村文明信息充分显化时代,也是东方文明鼎盛的时代,近代以来是城市文明信息充分显示的时代,也是西方文明复兴走向世界的时代。当代人类所面临的人与自然失衡、南方与北方失衡、物质与精神失衡、农业与工业失衡、科技与文化失衡等一系列阴阳失调的危机,都与城市与乡村失衡密切联系。从乡村文明复兴中重构城乡两极文明的新关系,是人类走向生态文明新时代的历史必然。在当今世界范围内,能够担当起对有巨大惯性的世界城市文明走向进行校正使命的国家是中国。中华民族伟大复兴不可能是单纯城市文明复兴,只能是在中国乡村文明复兴中,重构生态文明时代的新城乡关系。从这个意义上讲,乡村有大乾坤,乡村文明复兴是事关人类文明的天下大事。From the space-time and long period of human evolution history,the relationship between city and countryside is not the advanced and backward,but,equal. As carriers of the whole evolutionary information of human civilization,the urban areas and the rural areas,which seem to be the composition of Yin and Yang of Tai Chi,construct an equal relation characterized by integrity,uniqueness,and counterbalance. The fairness of the city and country,not only acts in the evolution process of human civilization,also acts in the checks and balances between the poles balanced relations. Agricultural civilization is a fully manifest information era,together with the rural civilization,it is also a golden era of eastern civilization. Since modern times is the age of urban civilization information explosion,it is also the age of the revival of the western civilization of the world. Nowadays human beings＇ crisis such as man and nature imbalance,imbalance between north and south of world,material and spiritual imbalance,agriculture and industry,science and culture imbalance,are closely connected with imbalance between city and village,Human beings has to revival the relationship between urban and rural areas,and this is the necessary way to construct the ecological civilization era. Around the world,China is the one to bear the mission,which is to correct the direction of the world＇s urban civilization with large inertia. The great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation can not only be Renaissance city civilization. The only way to reconstruct new relationship between town and country in ecological civilization era is rural civilization rejuvenation. In this sense,countryside seems to be destiny,rural civilization rejuvenation is a matter of human civilization.
