摘　　要：上海港是我国对外开放、参与国际经济大循环的重要口岸,因此,准确定位上海港的综合竞争力是上海港发展战略研究的重要内容,具有重要的现实意义。建立港口综合竞争力评价指标体系,并利用SPSS19软件分别进行因子分析,将得到的结果进行汇总作为新的变量再进行因子分析,得出最后的综合得分,结果表明:上海港的竞争力排名领先,具有较强的综合实力,但是其发展潜力明显不足。最后,根据因子得分及排名进行分析比较,给出了实质性建议。Shanghaiport is an important port inparticipating in the international economic cycle inopening to the outside world, andChina; therefore, it is the principalcontent of the research on the development strategy of Shanghai port to accurately locatethe comprehensive competitiveness of Shanghai port, and is of important practicalsignificance. In this paper, the evaluation index of port comprehensive competitiveness wasestablished. Respectively, it used the SPSS19 software to analyze these four parts withfactor analysis. Then, it analyzed the new variables summarized from the results throughfactor analysis, and got the comprehensive scores. Successfully, it solved the problem of therelationship between the quantity of samples and variables. It showed that： Shanghai port＇scompetitiveness ranking is ahead, and its comprehensive strength is strong; But Shanghaiclearly shows inadequacies in its development potential. At last, it gave some substantivesuggestions forfactor scores.Shanghaiport based on to the comparison and analysis of the ranking andfactor scores.
