摘　　要：陈独秀在传播马克思主义真理的同时,积极宣传马克思主义法学思想,并运用马克思主义理论来研究法律问题,宣传无产阶级法制观,批判资产阶级法律思想,抨击各种形式的封建法治观念,为中国马克思主义法学的开创作出了重要的贡献,是中国化马克思主义法学理论体系的开创者。When spreading Marxism truth, Chen Duxiu actively promoted the Marxist thought of law, and applied the Marxist theory to study the legal issues, publicized the proletarian view of law, criticized the bourgeois legal thought, and attacked the various forms of feudal legal thought,which made an important contribution to China＇s Marxist jurisprudence. He is the creator of Marxism legal theory system.
