摘　　要：灸经治脏是"湖湘五经配伍针推学术流派"的一个分支。该分支在"五经配伍"思想指导下形成了自己独特的"理、法、术、效"学术思想:"理"是依据"一经调控多脏、多经司控一脏"的经脉脏腑相关理论;"法"是遵循"五经配伍、五行助制"的治法来选经、配穴;"术"是注重灸术、强调灸感、补泻兼施、通补并用的有机结合;"效"是通过艾灸"温补、温通"产生"灸经补脏、灸经通脏"的临床效应。＇Moxibustion at meridians to treat viscera diseases＇ is a branch of academic school of Huxiang five-meridian combined with acupuncture-moxibustion and tuina.With the guidance of academic thought as compatibility of five-meridian,this branch has formed unique academic thoughts of theory,method,skill and effectiveness of their own.The＇theory＇points to the correlation theories of zang-fu viscera and meridian such as＇ a meridian controls multi zang-fu viscera and multi meridians control a zang-fu viscus＇.The ＇method＇ mainly refers to choose meridians and acupoints according to the therapies as ＇compatibility of five-meridian and the constraint and support among five elements＇.The ＇skill＇ mainly refers to dynamic integration of paying attention to the skill of moxibustion,emphasizing on the feel of moxibustion,reinforcement and eliminatingin combination and using dredging and reinforcement simultaneously.The＇effectiveness＇ indicates the clinical effects as＇ moxibustion at meridians to reinforce and dredqe viscera＇,which is produced by using the effects of warmly inviqoratinq and warmly dredqinq of moxibustion.
