论经方在妇科领域的拓展应用

摘　　要：经方的临床使用大致可以分为继承式使用与发挥式使用两大类。发挥式使用经方,即对经方的拓展应用,赋予了经方全新的生命力。文章就经方在妇科领域拓展应用的各种类型予临床验案进行了阐释。经方的拓展应用是对经方的变通式与超范围使用。变通式使用是根据天、地、人的差异对经方做适当调整。超范围使用的思维方式包括根据异病同治的原则选用经方、根据某一代表经方,推导其系列类方的使用、经方单方加减使用、拆分法解读后使用、合成经方复方使用、重新解读后使用、根据现代药理研究解读后使用这7个方面。The clinical use of classical formulas contains inherited application and expanded application.Expanded application gives classical formulas a new vitality.Effective cases of gynecology were added to interpret expanded application in this paper.The expanded application of classical formulas contains modification and extra-range of them.Classical formulas are adjusted appropriately according to heaven,earth and human in modified application.The thinking pattern of extra-range application includes seven aspects,choosing classical formulas on the principle of same treatment for different diseases,deriving various associate formulas according to a representative formula,adjusting single classical formula,using classical formulas based on modern pharmacological research,using classical formulas after detaching,combing,re-interpretation.
