摘　　要：现代生物力学理论认为:脊柱的稳定性和生理运动是在静力平衡的基础上,依靠肌肉运动的动力平衡作用实现的;脊柱退化性疾病的发生是脊柱动静力平衡失衡的结果。中医学对于脊柱退化性疾病的描述与现代生物力学对脊柱退化性疾病功能病理的认识具有一致性。中医学"筋骨失衡"理论认为经筋与骨是一对矛盾的统一体,脊柱退化性疾病的发生是"筋出槽"和"骨错缝"共同作用的结果。推拿疗法非常重视筋和骨之间的关系,认为"筋骨失衡,以筋为先",着眼于通过推拿手法重建脊柱动静力平衡系统,恢复脊柱的生物力学平衡。Modern biomechanical theory insists that the stability and physiological movement of the spine is implemented depending on the dynamic balance role of muscle based on the static equilibrium,so the occurrence of spinal degenerative diseases is a result of dynamic and static imbalance of spinal.The description of the spine degenerative disease in TCM is consistent with the cognitions of modern biological mechanics on the functional pathology of spinal degenerative diseases.The TCM theory of＇Jingjin and bone imbalanced＇ consider that the Jingjin and bone are a pair of contradiction unity,and the occurrence of spinal degenerative diseases is a result of combined action of ＇Jingjin off-position＇ and ＇dislocation of bone＇.Tuinatherapy attaches great importance to the relations between ＇Jingjin＇ and ＇bone＇,which holds that ＇Jingjin and bone imbalanced,regulating Jingjin first＇.This theory emphasizes that the balance system between dynamic and static and balance of biomechanics of spine can be rebuild by using Tuina manipulation.
