刚柔辨证论治心脏神经症及心理社会因素评析

摘　　要：心脏神经症是临床上常见的心身疾病,在临床上发病率日渐增高,严重影响患者的生活质量。赵志付教授创立刚柔辨证体系,临床用之,效果显著。赵教授通过长期临床总结发现,引起刚证和柔证心脏神经症的心理社会因素往往不同,这些人往往具有某些易患疾病的人格特征。一般说来,刚证患者多见A型性格;柔证患者多见C或D型性格。随之疾病发病的病机及中医刚柔治疗也不尽相同。归纳为:针对刚证患者,认知行为治疗以静为主,中药治疗采用清肝柔肝法;针对柔证患者,认知行为治疗以动为主,中医原则为疏肝养肝法。Cardiac neurosis is a common psychosomatic disease in clinical practice.The gradually increasing morbidity of this disease seriously affects the patient＇s quality of life.Professor ZHAO Zhi-fu has established the system of rigid-gentle syndrome differentiation,which is applied in clinic with remarkable curative effect.Professor ZHAO finds that psychological social factors are different in cardiac neurosis with rigid and gentle syndromes based on the long-term clinical practice.These peoplet end to have certain personality characteristics of susceptible to disease.Generally speaking,type A character is usually found in rigid syndrome patients,and type C and D characters are usually found in gentle syndrome patients,and the pathogenesis and the treatments for these two kinds of patients are also different,which can be concluded as the treatment forrigid syndrome patients gives priority to static,and the therapeutic principles are clearing liver and softening liver,and the treatment for gentle syndrome patients qives priority to active,and the therapeutic principles are dispersinq staqnated liver qi and nourishinq liver.
