基于文本挖掘的中医药治疗哮喘处方规律的现代文献研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于文献的中医药治疗哮喘的处方规律,为临床治疗提供参考。方法:检索近30年来(1979年-2013年)中国生物文献数据库及中国学术期刊全文数据库中有关哮喘中医药治疗的临床文献,对药物、方剂和名词术语进行规范,提取篇名、发表年代、发表刊物、方剂、中药等相关信息,运用Excle软件进行统计分析。结果:经过筛选符合要求文献432篇,其中支气管哮喘311篇,咳嗽变异性哮喘121篇。哮喘常用经典方中补益剂11首、解表剂7首、理气剂6首、祛痰剂6首。治疗支气管哮喘常用小青龙汤、麻杏石甘汤、玉屏风散、射干麻黄汤和定喘汤加减,治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘最常用止嗽散加减。高频中药中化痰止咳平喘药8种、解表药4种、补虚药3种,四气方面温性药最多,五味方面辛味药最多,其次是苦味药和甘味药,归经方面肺经药最多,其次是脾经药。哮喘治疗中应用虫类药地龙、僵蚕、蝉蜕、全蝎和蜈蚣。结论:治疗支气管哮喘最常用小青龙汤解表散寒、温肺化饮,治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘最常用止嗽散止咳化痰、疏风宣肺。治疗哮喘常用化痰止咳平喘、解表及补虚类药物。Objective：To provide reference for the clinical treatment by investigate the regularity of prescriptions for treating asthma based on the literatures.Methods：The clinical literatures of treating asthma with traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） nearly 30 years（1979- 2013） in China biological literature databases and Chinese academic periodical full text database were retrieved.The drug names,prescription names and TCM terms were regulated,and the chapter names,publication years,published journals,prescriptions,herbs and the other relevant information were extracted and analyzed by using Excel software.Results：Four hundred and thirty-two literatures met the requirements were obtained after screening,in which 311 literatures were about bronchial asthma and 121 literatures were about cough variant asthma.There were 11 supplementing formulas,7 superficiesresolving formulas,6 carminative formulas and 6 phlegm-expelling formulas,which were commonly used in the treatment of asthma.The commonly used prescriptions for treating bronchial asthma were Xiaoqinglong Decoction,Maxing Shigan Decoction,Yupingfeng Powder,Shegan Mahuang Decoction and Dingchuan Decoction,and the commonly used prescriptions for treating cough variant asthma was modified Zhisou Powder.The herbs with highly frequency usage included 8 herbs for dissipating phlegmto arrestcough and relieve asthma,4 superficies-resolving herbs and 3 supplementing herbs.The four natures and five flavors of herbs with highly frequency usage were warm and pungent,and followed by bitter and sweet.The channel tropism of herbs with high frequency usage was lung channel and followed by spleen channel.The inset drugs such as earthworm,stiff silkworm,cicada slough,scorpion and centipede were commonly used in the treatment of asthma.Conclusion：The commonly used formula for treating bronchial asthma is Xiaoqinglong Decoction which effects included resolving superficies,dispelling cold and warminq the lunq to reduce the watery phlegm,and the commonly used formula for trea
