摘　　要：文章概述钟一棠辨治眩晕经验,认为眩晕之作,病因病机不同,对其治疗必须通察整体,辨证与辨病结合,审因论治,有的方矢,才能药到病除。如因痰作眩,辨源以治本,从生痰之源入手,或健脾化痰,或理气化痰,或宣肺化痰,或清热化痰;眩由虚起,须分精气血,常用益气升清,养血荣脑,补肾益精;平肝止眩,别虚实轻重,实者平肝清炎,虚者用苦辛酸降,或滋水涵木;病机复杂,勿拘泥常法,每审因论治,或用益气化痰,养血活血取效,或用润肠通腑收功。In this paper, dizziness therapeutic experience of ZHONG Yi-tang is introduced. ZHONG thinks the dizziness has different etiology and pathogenesis. Therefore when we come across this disease, we should consider the whole, diagnose of disease with differentiation of syndrome and set the therapeutic schedule according to the original pathogenesis. For example, we distinguish the origin to treat essence. To deal with the phlegm, we invigorate spleen to reduce phlegm, regulate the flow of qi to eliminate phlegm, or clear heat to dissipate phlegm. Dizziness happens because of deficiency, so we must treat from essence, qi and blood. Ways of replenishing qi to ascend lucidity, nourishing blood to refresh brain and nourishing the kidney to strengthen the essence are usually took. When we clam liver to stop being dizzy, we should distinguish empty, full, mild and serious. We calm liver to get rid of inflammation on the full one, descent with bitter, acridity and sour or nourish liver and kidney on the empty. Do not stick to the regular way when the disease comes to be complicated. Instead, we should study the pathogenesis to give the treatment. There may be supplementing qi to eliminating phlegm, nourishing and activating blood or moisturing bowel to purge.
