摘　　要：蒿芩清胆汤源于《通俗伤寒论》,是其"六经方药"和解剂之名方。传承"绍派伤寒",诠释经典名方。根据蒿芩清胆汤治疗各种原因引起的发热性疾病的文献研究、作用机制、理论依据和实验佐证,证实蒿芩清胆汤除抗病毒、抗菌的双抗作用、免疫调节作用外,诸多药效作用与"和解法"的作用相吻合。经典名方的活力应用更为广泛,且疗效可信。临证心悟良多,予以阐述。Haoqin Qingdan Decoction comes from Treatise on Febrile Discascs Source Popular,and it is a famous harmonizing prescription of the ＇six classics prescription＇.The ＇Shao sent typhoid fever＇ was inherited,the classic square was interpretated.According to the literature research,action mechanism,theoretical basis and experimental about Haoqin Qingdan Decoction in the treatment of a febrile illness because of various causes,it was found confirmed that Haoqin Qingdan Decoction had the effects of anti virus,anti regulation and immune regulation,and it was also consistent with many pharmacodynamics of＇reconciliation＇ effect.The application of classical prescription activity was more extensive,and the curative effect was reliable.Clinical evidence of an enlightened mind a lot,to be described.
