摘 要:目的:探讨小承气汤对慢性支气管炎模型大鼠药物干预的可能机制。方法:80只SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组和治疗组。采用改良烟熏法复制慢性支气管炎模型,造模完成后用小承气汤对模型大鼠进行治疗。取肺和结肠光镜下观察病理形态学改变,测量转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、Smad3表达水平。结果:病理形态学观察:与模型组比较,治疗组大鼠肺及肠组织病理损伤程度减轻。免疫组化:与模型组比较,治疗组大鼠肺组织TGF-β1、Smad3表达及肠组织TGF-β1、Smad3表达明降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:小承气汤"肺病治肠"的药物干预机制可能和降低肺、肠组织的TGF-β1、Smad3等炎性介质的表达有关。Objective:To explore possible mechanisms of pharmacological intervention of Xiao Chengqi Decoction on model rats with chronic bronchitis(CB).Methods:Eighty SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group,model group and treatment group.The CB rats model was established by improved smoking method and was treated with Xiao Chengqi Decoction.The pathological morphological changes in the lung and colon tissues were observed by optical microscope,and the TGF-β1,Smad3 expression levels were measured.Results:Pathological morphological observation showed that compared with the model group,pathological damage of the lung and intestine tissues of the treatment group was lighter.IHC results showed that TGF-β1,Smad3 expression of the lung tissues was lower in the treatment group than the model group,TGF-β1,Smad3 of the intestine tissues was significantly lower(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).Conclusion:The mechanism of'treating the intestine to cure lung diseases' might be possibly related to lowering the expression level of inflammatory mediators such asTGF-β1,Smad3 in the lung and intestine tissues.
