摘  要:目的:观察针刺捻转补泻手法对自发性高血压(SHR)大鼠肾组织一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)含量的影响,探讨其对SHR大鼠肾损害的保护机制。方法:60只12周龄的雄性SHR大鼠随机分5组,即捻转补法(A)组、捻转泻法(B)组、平补平泻(C)组、针刺留针(D)组和模型对照(E)组,12只12周龄雄性WKY大鼠作为空白对照(F)组。28d后取肾上腺及肾脏,应用硝酸还原酶法测NO,化学比色法测NOS。结果:针刺处理后,A、C、D、E组肾组织中NOS含量与F组有显著差异(P<0.05),B组的含量明显高于A、C、D、E组(P<0.05)。结论:捻转泻法有效升高SHR大鼠NO、NOS含量,最终降低血压,捻转补法和泻法有显著差异。Objective:To observe the different effects of reinforcing and reducing methods by twirling and rotating the needle on contents of NO and NOS in spontaneously hypertensive rats and to investigate the protective mechanism on kidney damages.Methods:Sixty 12-week old male SHR rats were divided randomly into 5 groups.They were acupuncture with reinforcing method group(group A),acupuncture with reducing method group(group B),even reinforcing-reducing method group(group C),acupuncture group(group D) and a model group(group E).12 male WKY rats were set as control group.After treating for 28 days,NO and NOS levels in kidney and adrenal gland were detected by nitrate reductase assay and chemical colorimetric method respectively.Results:After acupuncture,there was a very significant difference among the contents of NOS in renal tissue of group A,B,C,D,E and F(P〈0.05),and the content in group B was significantly higher than the group A,C,D,E(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Twirling reducing method could effectively increase the contents of NO and NOS in spontaneously hypertensive rats,leading to blood pressure reducing.There is a very significant difference between reinforcing and reducing method by twirling and rotating the needle.
