摘  要:目的:探讨推拿手法延缓周围神经损伤后失神经肌萎缩的作用效应和途径。方法:将实验家兔90只随机分为手法治疗组42只、模型对照组42只和正常组6只,手法治疗组给予按揉法治疗,模型对照组与正常组不做手法处理。手法治疗组与模型对照组分别在造模后第1、2、3周和第1、2、4、6个月逐月各取1小组(6只家兔)检测胰岛素样生长因子-I(IGF-I)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(b FGF)、生肌决定因子(Myo D)的表达。结果:手法治疗组在1、2周IGF-I m RNA相对表达量高于模型对照组,手法治疗组在1周、2月、4月b FGF m RNA相对表达量低于模型对照组,手法治疗组在1周、1月Myo D m RNA相对表达量高于模型对照组,在3周、4月Myo D m RNA相对表达量低于模型对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:推拿手法通过干预骨骼肌内IGF-I、b FGF、Myo D的表达来促进骨骼肌再生修复。Objective:To investigate the effects and action ways of tuina manipulation onamyotrophy after denervation caused by peripheral nerve injury.Methods:Ninety rabbits were randomly divided into control group(6 cases),model group(42 cases) and tuina manipulation treatment group(42 cases).Rabbits in tuina manipulation treatment group received tuina manipulation therapy,and rabbits in control group and model group didn't receive any processing.The mRNA expressions of IGF-I,bFGF and MyoD in rabbits of treatment and model groups were tested in the 1 st,2nd,3rd week,and the 1 st,2nd,4th and6 th month after model establishing.Results:The mRNA expression of IGF-I in rabbits of treatment group was higher than that of rabbits in model group in the 1 st and 2nd week(P〈0.05).The mRNA expression of bFGF in rabbits of treatment group was lower than that of rabbits in model group in the 1 st week,and the 2nd and 4th month(P〈0.05).The mRNA expression of MyoD in rabbits of treatment group was lower than that of rabbits in model group in the 3rd week and the 4th month,which was higher than that of rabbits in model group in the 1 st week and the 1 st month(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Tuina manipulation could promote the regeneration and repair of skeletal muscle by regulating the expression of IGF-I,bFGF and MyoD in skeletal muscle.
